Miami Herald reviewed Imperial Chorizo this week.

Imperial Chorizo is an artisanal product made in New York according to Spanish craft standards by Pata Negra LLC (the name refers to the “black foot” of the best Spanish pigs). Traditional Pimentón de la Vera is used to color and flavor the chorizo, except in the milder, paprika-free “white” chorizo, in the style of Catalonia.
